Reservations: We recommend that you make advanced reservations with us at the same time as your travel and hotel plans. While we own a large fleet of boats, demand from our large customer base and corporate guests can exhaust availability, especially between December-September.
Cancellation Policy: Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled outside of 72 hours with a full refund of any deposits. Any trips cancelled within 72 hours will forfeit deposits unless we can rebook the trip. All cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit any and all deposits. Any no call or no show will be billed in full for the lost trip.
